Air separation devices are widely used in various industries, such as oil and gas, chemistry, papermaking, metallurgy and so on. Air separation separates air into its main components, such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon and other inert gases. The main products of air separation are oxygen and nitrogen. Therefore, ultra-low temperature valves and oxygen valves are widely used in the air separation industry, iresearch can provide a full set of valve solutions for the air separation industry.

Under oxygen-enriched conditions, many materials that are not flammable in the atmosphere will become very flammable and cause fire. Therefore, oxygen valves have become one of the most critical products in the air separation industry. All equipment installed in oxygen lines, including valves, should be strongly protected from contamination by any combustibles. Ioxygen valves comply with igc13/12, ASTM G63, G93 and other industry or customer specifications for material selection, design, manufacturing and cleanliness inspection. In order to avoid any possible contamination, iresearch has established an ISO14644 certified independent purification room for the production of oxygen valves, which is equipped with a pure water equipment system and an automatic ultrasonic cleaner. Each oxygen valve is designed and manufactured according to customer requirements to meet site conditions and ensure safe operation.
