FEATURES
Linear pneumatic piston actuators are used to drive control valves for the most demanding applications in the power and oil and gas industries, such as steam turbine bypass stem regulating valves, temperature reducers, valve compressors and other valves. |
l The integral mounting plate eliminates the need for a conventional mounting bracket, thus reducing the number of components to be installed. |
l The manual mechanism adopts the design of worm gear and screw drive. |
l The pneumatic actuators have a permanent lubrication system that provides very smooth valve control. |
l The sealing ring and guide ring ensure that the piston and cylinder inner metal surfaces do not rub directly against each other even if the cylinder rod is subjected to direction finding forces. |
l Stroke limits and manual devices can be used in almost any control valve application. |
l Durable thick-walled cast iron and cast steel structures provide better stability and corrosion resistance. |
